THE PINNACLE OF ENDURO.

THE PINNACLE OF ENDURO.

No other brand stands up to the success of KTM when it comes to enduro, and this is clearly evident in the biggest competition on the calendar, the 'International Six Days Enduro' (ISDE). From its humble beginnings, the ISDE has turned into the team world championship of the Enduro scene. This Enduro marathon demands as much from the bikes as it does from the riders, and every year, more than half of them show up on Orange. The 2019 International Six Days Enduro will be held on demanding terrain in Portugal. No chain is stronger than its weakest link, so no compromise can be made for that intent on crossing the finish line. KTM, once again, rises to the challenge with the latest, limited Six Days edition of extra-tough machines. Easily identified by their special Six Days design, these bikes feature an extended list of top-of-the-line components, all specially designed and refined by KTM's own research and development department. These are the ultimate Enduro bikes for the exceptional event.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS:

BODYWORK & GRAPHICS: Drawing on input from KTM's factory riders, as well as KTM R&D and Kiska Design, the bodywork of the KTM 250 XC-W TPI SIX DAYS pushes the boundaries of progression to the extreme. The result is a shape that achieves complete harmony between rider and bike. The main goal was to provide the optimal contact points that allow a rider maximum freedom of movement and improved handling. The front and rear fenders feature an intelligent I-beam design, guaranteeing maximum stability with the lowest possible weight. The taillight design fits perfectly to the shape of the rear fender and the number plate carrier. Additionally, the SIX DAYS edition features a very unique Portugal inlay Graphics design and a standout orange frame.

SIX DAYS EQUIPMENT: Six Days seat for improved long-distance comfort, Exclusive Six Days graphics with a striking design, Handlebar with Six Days logo, Six Days silencer (anthracite anodized and with Six Days logo), Machined orange anodized triple clamps for extremely precise fork clamping and optimum fork function, Carbon pipe guard on all 2-stroke models for effective expansion chamber protection, Floating front brake disc for consistent braking performance in extreme conditions. A solid rear brake disc (no slots/holes) for improved heat resistance and reduced brake pad wear, Supersprox Stealth 2-component rear sprocket with an aluminum inner ring and steel outer ring for maximum durability, Front axle puller for simple front wheel removal, Orange frame, Engine guard for effective engine protection, Orange chain guide.

CHASSIS: When it comes to 2-stroke weaponry, keeping weight down is key. It should come as no surprise then that the KTM 300 XC-W TPI SIX DAYS is one of the lightest, slimmest, and most agile enduro machines in its class.

SWINGARM: The KTM 300 XC-W TPI's one-piece aluminum swingarm is manufactured using a gravity die-cast production process, offering exceptional strength at the lowest possible weight. The single-component casting process offers low weight, perfect flex behavior, and also allows for a large number of geometry solutions.

WHEELS: KTM uses lightweight, CNC-machined hubs and high-end GIANT black anodized rims on all Enduro models, guaranteeing maximum stability and minimum weight. For 2020, the aluminum spoke nipples feature a reworked design, which conveniently reduces the frequency with which the spokes need to be tightened. A SIX DAYS logo features on the rims for this high-end enduro weapon.

ERGONOMICS & COMFORT: Designed for complete harmony between rider and bike, KTM has exploited the knowledge from decades of race success to create perfect ergonomics on the KTM 300 XC-W TPI SIX DAYS. Maximum rider comfort and movement in all conditions are guaranteed. Additionally, the bike features a new taillight design that fits perfectly with the new shape of the rear fender and the number plate carrier.

TRANSMISSION: The KTM 300 XC-W TPI is now fitted with a new, more robust 6-speed transmission made by PANKL RACING SYSTEMS. The gear ratios were carried over from the predecessor but are now made of a stronger, forged raw material, ensuring the highest durability and reliability level. Another highlight of the 300 XC-W SIX DAYS transmission, is the no-dirt gear shifter. Similar to the footpeg design, it prevents the build-up of dirt and ensures the next gear is always available, no matter what the conditions.
